SPRING BREAK COLLEGE TOUR SUMMARY:

Date: March 21 – March 26, 2010.

(Harvard, Princeton, U Of Penn, Yale and More)

Total Cost $550.00. Required Deposit $150.00

Fee Due Dates:

–First Payment December 16th – $75.00

–Second Payment January 8th – $75.00

–Final Payment February 18th – Coca Cola Fundraiser ($400.00)or Personal Funds. Details for the fundraiser will be released to students upon return from the Christmas Break.

Student Participants – 40 minimum/100 max. Open to all Elite Scholar Student 6-8th grade.

Trip Qualifications:

–No Office Referrals

– B Average

– 1 Teacher Recommendation

–An essay answering the following prompt: “Explain how you will benefit from the Spring Break College?”

Below are a few updates to our current uniform policy.

We are excited to now offer all of our students web based learning programs: Renzulli, Study Island, and Rosetta Stone (Latin) Click on the words above to go to the websites.

Students should invest 2 hours in each web based program per week. This totals 6 hours per week minimum for online work. Teachers will verify student activity each week.

(The public library has internet access)
